Why FulfilmentKit exists.

I kept seeing the same mess: ecommerce sellers juggling Shopify, Xero, a 3PL and a spreadsheet, then trying to reconcile the lot at month end. None of the individual tools were broken. They just did not talk to each other well enough.

The existing options felt wrong for smaller UK sellers. They were either priced for large enterprises, packed with complexity nobody asked for, or built around workflows that did not quite fit UK accounting and fulfilment.

FulfilmentKit is my answer: a focused, no-nonsense operations platform that connects the tools UK sellers already use and points out problems before they turn into expensive surprises. Orders, stock and financial reconciliation should live in one dependable place.

I'm building it in public, shipping quickly and listening closely to early users. The roadmap is practical on purpose: solve the painful operational work first, then keep making that workflow faster and clearer.
