We take security seriously — here's exactly what we do.

Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Your credentials and business data are never stored in plain text.

Data residency

FulfilmentKit runs on infrastructure hosted in the EU. Your data does not leave the EU/EEA region.

Access controls

Workspace isolation is enforced at the database level. No user can access another organisation's data. All API access requires authentication via Better Auth.

Third parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Integrations (Shopify, Xero, etc.) connect only with your explicit authorisation via OAuth.
